Mission Statement

The purpose of the Recreation Center and its operation is to create an atmosphere in which the individual participant will be encouraged to cultivate personal interests in the recreational activities of his or her choice. Our foundation rests on the concept that all users are entitled to participate in a variety of programs and activities on a non-discriminatory basis. We join in partnership with other service and academic areas on campus to improve the quality of life for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and their families.
