Graduate Assistantships & Scholarships
A limited number of full and part-time graduate assistantships and scholarships are available for interested students. These positions are in offices and programs across campus, and they allow matriculated students to fund their educations.
Full-time graduate assistanships allow students to take 4 courses per semester (12 s.h.) in return for 20 hours of work at an on-campus site. A stipend is also given to students.
Part-time graduate assistantships allow students to take 2 courses per semester ( 6 s.h.) in return for 10 hours of work at an on-campus site. Stipends are also offered to part-time graduate assistants.
Graduate assistants have the opportunity to take courses in the summer in exchange for working on campus. No stipends are given during the summer. Please contact Brenda Marlin in The Graduate School for current information on graduate assistantships.
A very limited number of graduate scholarships exist through the Alumni Association.
